Alcohol Purchase Token
Before purchasing alcohol on base, you must register in the CHEERS system. Follow the steps below to complete your registration:
CHEERS Alcohol Registration Steps

Make sure your first name, middle initial, and last name match your CAC. Mismatches will not be accepted.

After completing the online registration, present your CAC to the bartender at the FOX.
Alcohol purchases can only be made with an Eagle Cash Card or US Dollars at the point of sale. You can obtain an Eagle Cash Card at the finance office in Building A6, B Bay.
SLAR and SLAR ETP Requests
Looking to submit a SLAR or SLAR ETP request?
Please follow the steps below if you are having issues downloading PDFs:
- Wait for the Content Scan to be completed
- Select “Download Original.”
- Select “Save As” to save to the Downloads Folder
- Open the PDF with Acrobat not your web browser
- Click “Enable All Features” to view the document
- Send the filled out PDF to our org box at 379efss.fsw@us.af.mil
